RETURN GUIDELINES FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
• For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
• Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your receipt for store credit only. If you selected local pickup, you can return your item in-store and receive loyalty points to use on a future in-store purchase. If you had your order shipped and are unable to return in-store, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used on a future online purchase. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Bless Your Heart.
• Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
• If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.

All personalized and monogrammed products from Bless Your Heart are final sale due to the personalized nature. Please be certain to look over all of your personalization specifics at the time of ordering. If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
2. Include your slip that arrived in your package with your return.
3. Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order.
