however if something does not work out, we are here to help!

RETURN GUIDELINES FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

• For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
• Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your receipt for store credit only.  You will receive an online gift card via email to be used on your future www.blessyourheartnc.com purchase only. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. 
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Bless Your Heart.
• Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
• If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.

All personalized and monogrammed products from Bless Your Heart are final sale due to the personalized nature.  Please be certain to look over all of your personalization specifics at the time of ordering. If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines. 
2. Include your slip that arrived in your package with your return.
3. Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order.
